Cat 101

Did you know that, numbers-wise, cats have overtaken dogs as the most popular pet in the United States?
No longer second fiddle to Man’s Best Friend, these fabulous felines have proven to be loving companions in their own right. But cat behavior can be just as tricky as teaching an old (or any) dog new tricks. That’s why TCHS is offering Cat 101!
This is your chance to learn a little bit about a lot of cat-related subjects: litter box headaches, proper introductions to other animals, and so much more!
The class will be taught by Rose Hegerle, TCHS’ certified veterinary technician (and a cat enthusiast!) The class is at 6 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 26, at the TCHS Training Facility behind the shelter.
There is no cost to attend the class, but TCHS will gladly accept both monetary and in-kind donations.
This is the purr-fect opportunity for new cat parents! Register online here or call 320-252-0896
